@ Repo....Has already been established that Nick & Mother moved to Bullworth from Los Angles, and that Nick stated he has 4th Dan Black Belt, and went to a Dojo there.  No other back story exists so far as to his origins before that.

Introducing the element that he was born in Jersey, son of a gangster father is still a good back story, we will just need a element to explain the move to Los Angeles (Nick's Mother wanting to remove him from that sort of Mob influnce, maybe ?), and no explaination as yet as to why he was brought to Bullworth. Living in a slum Los Angeles area doesn't mean that they couldn't afford lessons or whatever....There are plenty of Dojos in the inner-city areas of L.A.

Then again, Nicky's family's past mob connections could be the reason he was brought to Bullworth somehow.....

@ Mike....No, I fully expected that that part would continue....As I'm sure the Greasers and others would continue to buy from other (Townie) sources in the Bullworth Town-New Coventry-Blue Skies area just as they did before.  Tony's interest was that the Bullies not sell on campus, further upsetting the balance of the Clique structure.

Are you still planning for the Bullies to mount an Attack on Harrington Hall to locate and steal the other shield ?  Best to strike soon before the Preps re-unite.

He told Tony (or whoever) that he got his black belt in Kobra Kai dojo. How I remember Karate Kid, Kobra Kai isn't some low class karate school.

Plus, if they were living in a slum neighborhood, I doubt they would spend money on karate lessons rather than save it for living.

Your character...Your backstory....I'll go back and purge those parts I wrote referring to L.A.

Okay, the Bullies now have the other shield. The prefects and local police will now be notified of the thefts and be on alert. No one knows who did the last robbery due to the stealth of the Bullies as well as their masks. However, the Nerds will look awefully suspicious after being seen in the Harrington House.

After talking about potential bike races, here are my thoughts. Due to the friction between the cliques, Tony will try to flex his mediator powers and try to spend some quality time with groups or individuals from the cliques. Most of his attempts will end in a SNAFU. Tony (preferably) will shortly after try and make up for these failed attempts by holding a bike race. The bike race can wait until spring, but keep in mind that we are already past the midway point in February and it is already starting to warm outside a little each day. Also, for the sake of lengthening our room for stories and events, we should set up Easter so that it happens to fall in early April, rather than March.

I was already planning for a first weekend Easter date (aka 7 April), as this gives about 7 weeks for Chapter 4.....From early April to early June will involve Chapter 5.

Who sponsered the game's bike races ?  We can't fit 14 of them in, like the game, but could maybe reference the ones we don't....?  We have the New Coventry, Bullworth Town, and Bullworth Vale locations.....We could use them all, for the Greasers, Bullies/Nerds, Preps, in that order....Maybe the lone school race for the Jocks....

As to Snafu's, PM me with your ideas on how these fuck-ups might happen. This sounds interesting.

Timewise, we are at present about 2 + a half weeks after the Valentines Bloodbath, or very early March at this point.  I plan on getting Tony out of the sling soon, as well as re-uniting the Prep Clique and the Prep's attack on the Rockers at their residence.

Oh, I was thinking that the Preps would sponser the bike races. In addition, the students could pay a small fee when they sign-up for the race.

I think Russell could be a Prep. He's rich, and hates Greasers. Perfect.

Russell is obviously not Prep material, and is not rich....Just more well off than the other Bullies in the fact that his (absent) parents own a house over in the Vale.  Besides, Russell is loyal to his Bully boys and would never betray them.

Pinky is not going back to the Preps anytime soon, if ever.  She and Kurt have gotten pretty solid, and she is getting the adventure she craves by being the band's singer.  And Kurt is taking care of her material needs via the 'allowances' bring paid out to the Rockers by Crabblesnitch (a mystery to be resolved late in chapter 5 as to Kurt's origins)......Pinky's presence with the Rockers will continue to be a bone of contention to Derby no matter how things turn out.

I was just thinking....how awesome would it be if this ever became an actual game? It would be awesome to actually play through a second Bully game that followed the NES. Of course we would know exactly what would happen, but cool none the less.

I haven't decided that yet.  That was my first direction, but the more I thought on it, it seemed too easy.  It's quite possible he could be the illegitimate son of one of the Prep families or even a gangster.  However it turns out, I want it to impact the downfall of the corrupt apparatus that runs the Bullworth Towns and the school.  I have a feeling that Kurt will help bring that about, playing a sort of 'Anti-Hero', in that by finding out his past will set in motion the destruction of the rich families power base in the story.
