How can I make a GIF file compatible as a profile picture for me? (So it moves and all)

Ya this is still a problem.

gifs that are really small like mine work for some reason.

When the Board got the last makeover by AJ in December of '13, the animated GIF size for profile avatars was reduced.

Yes you're right.
125x125 was the new format, but even then it doesn't process.

The following errors occurred when trying to save your profile:
The avatar you have selected is either too large or not an avatar. <---

and the size be like 125x125 or even 120x120

I was thinking it was something like 100 x 100, but not sure.

I know as fact it works if you resize it right to 125x125. I did it before.
Edit: I just retried it this time, and it didn't work. The problem is.. the file size is too big. The dimensions need to be 125x125, but make sure the file size is uploadable too....
