My theory about Melvin is that he could be Big Smoke from GTA San Andreas. Here's the evidence:
1. Both have the name Melvin
2. Both are overweight.
3. Both wear glasses.
4. Both wear green.
5. In GTA IV Bullworth was shown suggesting that Bully and GTA take place in the same universe.
The only thing to disprove this is the different skin colours and the years that these games take place. However Melvin could have had surgery to change his skin colour and I think it's unknown what year Bully takes place.
