I see nothing wrong with drinking with your friends. You just need to make sure that a designated driver is there NOT DRINKING. Its like when mommy says no and thats why the kid does it.

I'm an Eastern Muslim so it's FORBIDDEN to drink and smoke, but the Eastern Muslim society places ZERO restriction  on motor vehicles and firearms, even a nuclear bomb, so even a 13-year old child can drive a sportscar with AK-47 on his hands. US SUCKS!!!!!! I liked Jenkem more than firearms, it is cheaper and do much more destruction.

Anyway, are there any Easterner?

That's because people in America don't need guns!  With the exception of Mexico, those of us in the Western Hemisphere have no need to carry around large weapons.  The reason for the licenses for firearms and weapons is to try and prevent crazy people from causing harm to others.  While the way the U.S. works may appear to suck, there are good reasons for some of our laws.

 I'm not trying to shit on Eastern countries, but seriously, how does it not suck to have little wanna-be terrorists running around in your streets?  This is why the countries over there are in such a mess.  People running around with Ak-47s and shit bombs?  That doesn't sound like a great country to live in, but thats just my opinion.  I wouldn't want to be in fear of losing my life or family every time I stepped out the door.

Mike's right. In Indonesia you maybe have a complete freedom, but do you people think about your children? What if your kid gets shot to death in the street because he accidentally broke someone's window with a baseball ball? Would you like that?

The purpose of licenses in the U.S. is to control who the guns go to. It helps guns from getting into the hands of psychos and more towards the civil people.

Actually, we need to stop glamorizing alcohol. That's why there's so many issues with DUIs and underaged drinking.

Also, I love guns. The career I'm planning on getting into uses guns and I plan on having a collection of my own. The thing I find so funny about guns and licensing is that people who want to get a gun legitly have a difficult time obtaining them. People who shouldn't even be within breathing space of a gun can obtain them through various illegal means.
