Although, I must say, I've been over to the Asylum scads of times, and shot them suckers in the nuts every time I go, all of them.
And never ever have heard "Ah, but...but...I want to reproduce".

Not saying you are not right, for it's probably in the voice files, but just saying that all I ever hear out of those bozos is the "Ohh, My Boys" comment.  Fact, always thought it was a bit funny it was always the same thing.

IDK, glitch in my game, maybe ?

No, it's just that Gregory (black orderly) only spawns in missions.

In normal free roam, only Theo spawns.

I've done so, in a  half assed manner, I just saw what was happening with Const and then took off. But yeah, gonna read properly. It's especially great when you're in a 'reading mood' and you're free to do so.

The Title was the idea of originator of the story, Mercury.  He called it 'The Never Ending Story' to start off with (like that movie and it's sequels)....   We played around with different titles over time, but ultimately returned to the original, with 'Bullworth' added....NES for short.

It's a hard ole world out there, even in the Vale Valley.  Rape & Sexual Assault is a very under-reported problem in today's societies.  It's something that hardly anyone likes to think about, let alone talk about or write about. 
84,767 teens were reported raped in 2010 in the US.  An average of 207,754 rapes occur in the US every year.....A rate of about one every 2 minutes.
