Nice mod you should get the zombie textures from Left for Dead 4 or some other zombie game. Get the mini game loaded in the arcade so other player's won't spawn. Russell has an auto spawn in the game for all chapter's you can't disable this without lua. One good thing to do is to spawn all of the zombies at once, I would change every faction of an certain character so they could spawn with that clique disable all of the clique members then just change the spawn code to 00 00 00 00. For the clique members you have to change their faction to prappy's,greasar's,bally's,studant's,dropoat's,jack's, and nard's. This disables even the main spawners from ever spawning but for Russell change him into a zombie this should solve your problem. Change the theme or soundtrack to Halloween so it could add that creepy feel. I will try this myself and upload a video of it I have done many mods like this. Create a new population.dat and disable cops completely make their spawn points (0's) so they can't spawn at all. Get weapon textures from different games like Left For Dead 4 then we have zombie mini game.
