Aside from playing G&G, trying to fight off Jocks, and building new weapons, I think the Nerds spend their time looking at Playboy (Who was it who said that they need to get their magazines back from some other Nerd?). Exept for Beatrice, she just daydreams about Jimmy and writes about him in her journal.
