No, it's not a waste, as long as you enjoy it....I like raising havoc when I play, stuff I couldn't do during the game itself....But I might take a fresh look at the bike races too, just for the hell of it.

I don't know what the maximum is, I haven't got there yet. Speaking of maximums, when I was a kid I was really into Pokemon. On one of my games I maximized the play time clock.

I've found that the 7th Bullworth Vale Race pays the same as the academy one ($50) and it's shorter by like a minute. It takes 45 seconds. Try that one with your faster bike.

The fun thing about the Academy race is all of the good jumps. I managed to do a full double flip off of that one in back of the football field.

You mean the double flip? It was that big jump just after you exit from the mining tunnel.
