Not really, we all love Bully and in the past I don't re-call any mod or DGAF stating this as a taboo.

No, Znib, it's on feeforums, so he ain't getting any money out of it and i've put a note to disclaimer on it so we don't get shut down for copyright.

Thanks Jimmysgirl! I have found out some good stuff so far. RockStar commented their DAT files making it way easier to simple mod(change colors, walk and run speeds of peds, changing baseball bat health, very easy to mod stuff)
