I saw this on wikipedia:

Mily Trevor: Lisa Burnoff
Appears in the game if you wait long enough after completing it. She has brown hair and is very attractive. It is suggested in game dialog that davis (see davis the bully)tried to hit on her when she first arrives in the school. She, like Zoe and Pinky, can be taken on a date in the alternative task 'New kid no more'. Jimmy seems to like her more than any other girl in the game and can often be seen talking to Angie or Pinky.

Where can I find that task?

There is no info about her anywhere on Rockstar's website or in the guide.
