Adding custom interior/collision

I think it was Cautious who did that for SWEGTA.
He also made a 2nd floor for the Boys' Dorm but didn't share how. You could try asking.

I found some functions that apparently (for what their name suggests) enable/disable collisions in a given area.
I don't know how to use them though...  :(
