HD mods?

I know there's not quite an extensive amounts of mods that make Bully look more prettier and sharper.
Although I do know of this: http://www.bully-board.com/index.php?topic=15103.0, but the textures aren't really "Bully"-like.

 I was wondering if any one would try at converting or making HD textures to Bully. I did try to do it myself once, and it seemed it was working for a few textures, but some made the game crash.

Also, maybe someone can edit stuff like menus, icons, and icons to be higher quality? I'm not too familiar or successful with editing, myself.

Also, the Bully Toolkit page is down and can only seem to find the IMG Tool for GTA.

You can use a universal Enb But it look's like crap I Recommend Using IMG Tool to Open it and mod all the textures
