I can assure that's not Bully 2...I saw it a long ago..Don't remember from where was it..Not even sure if it was a game at all...But it's not anything related to Bully 2..

I saw that before from a troll video about Bully II

We've already discussed a Bully 2 multiple times here. The possibility of Rockstar including the same cast, or even a small fracture of cast is very slim. As we can see this in all their others games. It just really goes against their development trend that they have keep for so many years.

That's Dane Vogel my friend, head of Ultor. So unless R* is collaborating with Volition, Volition is going back to the old SR1/2 style of game, and re-using old SR2 graphics, I don't think this is Bully 2. But ya never know... I personally would kind of enjoy that. I loved the older SR games like 1 and 2, and I wouldn't mind the graphics either, and ofc I love Bully.

Thankfully Dane has a new model in Gat out of Hell . So Bullworth is safe... for now. Or is it? It does fit his MO, deliberately reducing the value of something only to swoop in buy it extra cheap, use influence to clean it up then sell it back at much higher value. Yup. Works for me.
