I found a secret (don't know if it's new though) after pulling the fire alarm a certain amount of time you get a firefighter helmet.

I have no clue how I managed to get mine, but I guess from reading previous posts you get it from picklocking lockers.

did you notice that the city hall's clock (in-game) matches the exact time of the city hall's clock from "back to the future" (the movie)?

compare it yourself:

city hall's clock from "back to the future"

city hall's clock from bully / canis canem edit

What the hell does time travel have to do with GTA? Travel back to a time when cars don't exist?
