It's a 100% complete save, for people who want to use it. (In my case, I don't like to use completed saves

)

You need a pen drive and CodeBreaker to transfer the save and convert it...

That sucks you should be able to transfer to psp then to the ps2! But still is nice

i had to give it back (i rented bully) so i was only at like 83.72% or something like that
