The first one is just a car that got a light broken...Nothing that can't be done with a slingshot.

But the second one actually shows how the Flame BMX would've looked(probably)

Some of the promotional shots were taken during development, for example the green lawnmower or Jerry with more hair, therefore some of them can be considered beta.
