Use Bully IMG Toolkit (runs in console) or this Bully IMG editor (with a gui) to open IMG files (IMG Tool 2.0 will sort of work but is far less efficient than the 2 I just linked as those 2 were actually made for Bully and not GTA). You'll need to open /Bully/Stream/World.img. In there, there are multiple types of files. The main 2 file types you're after are NIF and NFT. NIF are for the models, and NFT are for their textures. Use Nifskope to open the NIF/NFT files.

If you just want to view them, then great. If you want to edit them see Rambo7's tutorial. If you want to texture mod then you can extract the TGA files from the NFT files and edit them with something that supports TGA files, such as gimp or photoshop. Or see my tutorial here.

Yes, but I need guidance to which directory I need to go to so I can view these files because most of the folders are coming up empty.
