It'd be possible to add the model if some other game has got it,and then port it,which is already hard...
Making the outfit from scratch is even more hard than you think.

unfortunately most members in this forum make mod for "gameplay", only a few are making clothes for jimmy :(

Because Rambo knows how to,do you think he did that stuff in 10 minutes like "Hey I'm bored,I'm gonna create a full reskin pack."
And I was talking about my knowledge,and as far as I know,making a model is hard,or at least it ain't easy.
Besides...If it was easy,why don't you do it?
