Not quite. It is an exterior. If you look in the world.img, there is DPI_Fraffy, and DPE_Fraffy. So some files will begin with DPI, and DPE. the DPE is the ones that go in the EXTERIOR, meaning it is outside. and the DPI is for every INTERIOR. Tho the exterior does have an area code, which is 0.
