It's a good point. Groups should hang around in their Hangouts. Outside of the Nerds hanging out in the Dragons Wing and the Preps hanging out at the Glass Jaw, I never see groups really hanging out inside a hangout place that they are supposed to be hanging out in. Oh, every once in a while a lone Greaser dhows up in the Bike Park, but ehhh.....
Groups SHOULD hang out in the places where they are supposed to hang out at, it's damn criminal that they don't. An empty Jock's Clubhouse, an empty Harrington House, an empty Beach House, an empty Blue Balls Bar......really Sucks.
