Less Hit Accuracy?

I don't know if this thing just happen to me or not but some action node from some fs was very difficult to hit a locked ped

example : Elbow from J_Striker A *, Shoulder Barge**,Cross Punch ,and Second hit from P_Striker_A*,Strong Punch from P_Striker B,5 hit combo from BOss_Darby **

* : It Was very easy if you change your faction
**:If you get into a quiet interior and the game working without lag it was pretty easy

how i can solve this?

It has nothing to do with fps, it's just a hitbox/timing/reel animation problem. If you try to use the J_Striker_A or P_Striker_A on a big ped like Russell, you will notice that every hit connects.
The only way to make the combos work on every ped is to change your faction... I don't know why but it worked for me.

It's actually the fps that's causing the problems. On my old laptop, I can rarely land the hits that you mentioned, but now I'm on my new laptop, it runs smoothly and able to land all hits perfectly.
