If the problem is turning the left stick....you gotta make sure to have the stick pushed all the way against the side when you're turning it. It's okay to go slow on it too. It's not like God of war where ya gotta do it fast.

Before the challage begin tilt the stick in advance else its going to read it as the D-pad.
