There is a rigging tutorial out there which you can have a look at.
I guess all you would need is a werewolf model and where you would find one, I don't know.

Their are some werewolf models in some GTA mods try adding the nif's to the game and see the outcome. You could try adding your own werewolf to game looking at tutorials i've seen many put different types of cars and GTA characters into the game, SWEGTA maybe you could show him how i've seen some of your skin mods.
