Or better yet. Rig just Frank's default outfit to Jimmy, with an adjusted size to fit Jimmy of course. I tried to do that too, but I don't know how you went about rigging. Once I know that I could do some rigging work for Bully like yourself. xD
I did try that myself, but haven't fully gotten the hang of it.
I did attempt to make Jimmy able to wear the white shirt that the bullies wear, but in the way that they wear it.
Didn't work too well. Got the model working but the textures were all wrong.
I'll probably attempt it again later.
There is a tutorial in the Tutorials-section about rigging custom peds to Bully. No idea if it's still up, but I do have permission to make a tutorial.
Which I will do when I gather the resources, energy and time.
As it stands, I'm pretty caught up in streaming on Twitch, making Youtube videos and the occasional mod.
