Normally, just upload the video to You-Tube and then copy the link and paste it here, like so....

When I record I use fraps. Then upload that raw footage to Youtube or edit the video like Chuck stated.

Once you have the video being hosted somewhere on the web (like youtube), just put the link and the site does the rest.
