Jack Thompson couldn't have gotten the game banned outright, there is such a thing as freedom of expression. However said content would have made the game M rated, if not AO rated and made it much more controversial. And sales of the game wouldn't have been nearly as high.

Although Lola and Gord tried too do some funny business in some mission I don't recall, he couldn't get her bra off. This is about as close as it comes, and even that was removed.

TBH I sort of wish that, alongside a Dating System of Sorts™ in my Bully 2 that'll never happen, if somebody reaches a certain level high up on the relationship scale with the protagonist and have dated them a while, you could bed them... though I wouldn't want to actually see it. Just show the door closing and then use your imagination. That should be enough to slip past a 18+ rating, right? (´•ω•̥`) Assuming there's nothing else in the game that could bump it up, which I doubt there would be.
