Player Selector haven't even been released except for DaBOSS's version and his version doesn't have those. So wait for Mad and Rise's version.

The player selector he is using is Daboss version (check the description  :P).
I haven't tried his mod but I think that the command that changes the player model also changes Jimmy's voice.
If you want to talk to peds then Jimmy's AI shuld be changed to PlayerAI.

how do i do somone said that you need to bind a key,  trough lua.   Captin Charisma can you load up the player selector  mod and show us what key it is to talk.  :)

DaBOSS's player selector doesn't come with those, that means you can't talk with it. Go to the topic, everything is explained there.
