Alright so can someone do me a favor and mod the population so that Dropouts/Townies spawn at the school?

I think it would be easier if you edit the Pedpop.dat :] in the config files in Bully

for example here is my pedpop of school:
30,0,0,5,5,5<-----the third 5 is population of dropouts spawn in school.

Is there not one that makes them spawn at for example the bully turf?
