That's because Russell grapple reversal frequency is set to 100%. The same thing happens with Bif and other characters.

the grapplers pack wont let me recruit anybody when i start it up so i can use the tandem grapple

I know that but its easier if you just change their stats rather then trying to find another way to grab them like how walter said.

Yup it works both ways If a Grappler like Russell Grabs you (Don't Reversal them) just perform your Wrestling move and it still works haha.  :happy:

How do I do the tandem grapple? The animation pack mod removes the ability to recruit anyone, including russell.

Im not sure, but I think that's because the lua script overrides the thing that allows the player to recruit.

Half the animations aren't possible like doing russell power bomb.

That's because you didn't grab them properly. Use the running tackle from behind and then use the animation. Another way is to let them grab you and then use it.
