This might sound completely idiotic, but where and how do I put mods in the game? Can someone please explain? Thank you very much!

Well... first of all this should go in the modding questions/help section.

The mods go in the bully scholarship edition folder.
You should be more specific because each mod goes in a certain location. For example if it is a texture or model replacement, it should go in the world.img (which is the file that has all the textures and models in the game).
