As you know, I have tried skin modding in Bully lots of times a few months ago. Can anyone please tell me how to mod, again? Because I forgot everything.

Yeah, sure... My skin changing tutorial is already in that thread, but I guess you couldn't find it.

Oh ok, you just saved my life.. Or Jimmy's. Nevermind, I'm going to let you know when it's done. :) What was the Gary's name on hex ? Or img tool, doesn't matter. Was it "Nemesis_Gary" ?

To find out what all their names are in hex, go to that thread press "Control + F" Type in the Bully characters name and it will show you what their name is on the thing.

But all you have to do with most of the normal characters is just press control f and type in their names and they will come up in the file :D

I am confused. What to do with Red Ninja outfit ? Delete the nif or nft first ? I have only done a backup of the Nemesis_Gary and Ninja outfit.

Yup, just as I thought. My game is fucked. I have deleted that, now I will install it back. Have you got Team Viewer ? Can you do thi for me, because I really can't do.

I will release later today a new img modding tool that will allow you to build brand new world.img files that will be of a big help for doing this.

as to the help you need.....please post the exact steps you took as you remember them and I will see what I can do to help.  8)

Well thanks Madman, but I really give up. I do always mess up at the deleting nft and nif, so I think. Can't you please help me on Team Viewer ? It shouldn't be so hard for you guys.
