It would be interesting to see the voice feature , I picture it sort of like on the sims 3 where you can adjust the pitch of ones voice.  No I don't mean speaking Simlish incase anyone reading this is thinking that.
I was thinking more along the lines of having different tones.

One rough
One slightly sqeaky
One soft

I can also see that, that is much better actually

Maybe not...
I mean, making us play as a set character builds the love and fanbase for that character.
And eventually if the main protoganist is likeable enough, people will not mind playing as him/her.
