1. Pete.
2. Zoe (despite being rough around the edges).
3. Ms. Phillips.
4. Mr. Galloway.
5. Mr. Oh.

At the other end of the spectrum, the biggest jerks would have to be Algie, Damon, and all of the Preps (except Parker).

Zoe only nearly fights with Jimmy when he first meets her. But her tone changes in that same cutscene when she realizes they have common ground.
