You can get the bullies shirt by pick locking the shit out of everybodies lockers

Actually, you can't get the Bullies Shirt at any point in the game... You can get the Polo Shirt, but that isn't the Bullies shirt, as it doesn't have the Bullworth logo and it's not the same if you take the time to realise.

Correct. I opened the World.img using the IMGtool, then replaces the .nft files. BUT there's no .nif files, lol. :/
