I think there may have been a animation for Jimmy when he saves the game, because I was looking in props.dat and found "animsave.agr, animsave.col, animsave.nif animsave.nft and animsave.cat."
When I looked at it in NifSkope....

If you try to shoot with the superspudgun even if there is no ammo you will hear a sound. Like when you try to shoot with a sniper rifle in gta without aiming first.

Yes and no. I created a custom lua script that everytime i pressed the crouch button (C) Jimmy earned a super spud gun. Each time i pressed that button the weapon spawned for half a seccond in Jimmy's hands and then dissappeared. If I hold the button Jimmy has the weapon all the time but it can't shoot. Instead I hear that weird sound.
