help with bully modding

i new in bully modding and i started with the modification of the ide.img archive and i need help with my plans because all the time i start to do a cool mod like play as crazy or orderly prefects my game crashes and i dont know why because i do the same process and crashes only with some peds i modificate can someone give me a hand with this?

i have starting editing to get the orderly and crazy fighting style on jimmy but always i try to do my game crashes

Does your game crash at the loading screen before the main menu or the one after you selected story mode?
This happened to me.

What Red is asking you is what exact edits are you doing to change your character in hxd?

Since while there are some very detailed tutorials in the mega tutorial topic....I am very close to releasing a player changer mod in lua that will allow you  to play as any character in the game along with having basicly their full fighting style too including the bosses.

I can't give an ETA of when this mod will be out tho but it is very very close to release.
