Inactive Sections
« on: August 28, 2012, 07:21:39 PM »
I was looking at Cole's profile and he hasn't been active for nearly 2 months (Last active July 9th 2012) so I was thinking make his section read-only/hide it from people until/if he ever returns.
I know the last post in that section was July 3rd, but you never know when a mega-spammer will join and spam in his section.

E: Places like "Legacy Games" haven't been posted in for 2 years!!!

At least people like Governmentman123 are active (Even if they don't post)

The thought of him coming back and freaking out because his section is gone sounds hilarious.

Somewhat (un?)related: I've had some thoughts about the billion child boards in the Other Rockstar Games section. They're not really active, and there's only a handful of topics in them. I thought it'd be better if all the topics from the child boards were merged into the main section (minus GTA and Manhunt, since there's quite a bit in both). Although some topics would need a change in name to tell people which game the topic is about (such as "Favourite Gang" becoming something like "[The Warriors] Favourite Gang").

... yeah.

It's not really a big deal, but I just don't see why we need a billion inactive child boards.

You're probably right.   :P

Naw, he's a mysterious guy.  Maybe he really is a Government Man.   :ninja:

I like the videos of GovernmentMan123, but he NEVER answered me, I think he really does not like me.. =/

He doesn't seem to like anyone..

I don't think that any child boards should be deleted, because them getting merged is a way better idea. But it's up to the Admins to decide.

Cole is a lasy bastard not bothering to come onto B-B. Traitor he is!

But, honestly his board is useless now. It is not active what so ever.

In point of reality.....I don't see why any current inactive boards even bothers anyone.  Each was created for a purpose at the time of their creation, and are a part of BB History.  I look on these as Archival, not a nuisance of any sort.  I know of boards with 3 times and more of section content, and by comparison, we are still small.
