But I think the panda suit only for console because
 PC ver of bully was on the deadline and didn't finish adding stuff to the game like they had time to do for PS2/XBOX.
(Thats a I think so answer.)
Also Wii ver of games always have special editions in it since japanese calls up to the company and edit features...

when it was finish Nintendo called capcom and ask for they permission to edit more things in the game.

And no panda suit cannot be on the pc ver even if you hack it why?
It never existed on the pc since the wii had made the add on updates to the game.

I think you unlock it by doing Geography classes. Or Music.

Yea but only reason it was on the Wii becuz
Nintendo gives the game more feature them selfs after they call for permission, new console, and share half the money.
Rockstar didn't rig the outfit there self cuz if they did before the deadline they had to release an unfinished outfit or cancel the beta again like last one (and im sure the next final ver would suck.)
Thats why they said lets rig the head and move on than Nintendo called up for bonus time.

Yea but I don't think its usable so it wasn't enable for the pc version.
It was disable from being use legitful in the pc ver and was enabled for the wii I think.
