Ito have no idea if you have fixed this yet or not, but crashes like this are usually caused by incorrectly modded files....usually this means extra data accidently added to a file when hex editing it or id working with the world.img file it can mean a missing file for a model or a incorrectly named set of files that were added.

A good rule of thumb to follow is to take notes while you are modding files so you not only have a written record saved that shows how you did a particular mod but it also gives you a easier way to retrace your steps when troubleshooting a problem caused by the mod or any number of mods. This is also something I do on a regular basis. And as always when doing file mods for bully, always remember to keep fresh clean un-modded backups of the bully game files in order to prevent needing to reinstall later.
