What are the schools .nif and .nft files? (NOT Interior)

Yo.
I am browsing the world.img for Bullworth Academy's files and I cannot find anything!!!!
Here are the terms I have tried searching for
SCH_
School
Bullworth (0 results)
Academy (0 results)
Area

I found one area_school.agr but I don't know if that is Bullworth's Academy or a completely different file. Plus I don't know how to search for it.

I found the interior for Jock's clubhouse though.

So if anyone knows what they are called, please tell me.

Those are the interior files, which'll come in handy later.

Also i found the School's .nif files (SC1) but I cannot find the .nft files.

Why couldn't Bully use the same file names as GTA (e.g Schoolgates.nif schoolgates.nft)

Already got Lola and Christy in GTA SA.
I'm having a bit of trouble rigging atm so I got a few people helping me rig Mandy and Pinky and Zoe.

I reckon it is possible but you have to reverse the Bully2GTA thing if you know what I mean.
When I'm rigging Bully characters it has to go Nif-obj-dxf-3ds-dff.
I'm not 100% sure but I reckon if there is a way to go dff-3ds-dxf-obj-nif it may work.

But you may need to rig it with Bully-bones, otherwise it'll crash or look very very screwed. :/

Jimmy (Jizzy the pimp XD), Gary (T-Bone) and Mr. Burton (Will be replaced with Dr Crabblesnitch later, Mike Toreno)

I bought 3 new PC games along with my Gaming Computer (Which was over 2 Grand, I really need to save up now) but I got GTA IV, TBOGT, LAD, And GTA Vice City and San Andreas.

I will most likely download your mod for SA when I install it, but to be honest I'm more interested in modding and downloading mods for GTA IV right now.

Before you install mods on SA make sure your game is V1.00 or it'll crash.
You can downgrade SA by a patch though.

Also many people prefer IV modding since it's newer and since most SA mods are HD, people think the HD cars will fit in more with IV.
