Bully: Scholarship Edition File Editor BETA

Bully: Scholarship Edition file editor for editing the .dat .cfg files and other text based game files. Not every format is properly detected and this editor will strip comments out of the files so for now keep backup copies of your bully game files so you can reference the comments which explain how the files are laid out.

Great work mad, i'll be sure to check this out, i'm just sorting out a thread with red and i'll be back fully on the interiors mod, i have tried a few bits and bats editing the file but to no avail just yet  :hmm:, anyway good work! :a-cheer:

I will be releasing a new version of this complete with a pdf manual on how to use it as soon as I get some time so sit tight and just wait for me to get that out. Since this is a beta it is just more for those who wish to test it to play around with it a bit before the final version comes out.
