Changing a character's gender
« on: September 06, 2011, 12:27:56 PM »
So does anyone how to do this yet?

For some reason, the P_Grappler mod insanitygames gave me changes Jimmy into a female...and in my version, Zack Owens is a male while in other ide files, he's a female...but I don't see what's changing the gender.

Help, anyone?

How do you mean a female? Like would he be using the same fighting style as like a Melony or Christy or something? You could try hex-editing their fighting styles, me myself I can't hex-edit for shit as I always end up crashing my game.

No, not the fighting style. The way the character behaves.

Like say, if you punch the character, he/she emits female voices instead of a male's, or vice versa.

Shit man, the only thing I know what would be best to do is back up your .ide file and re-install bully, unless you want to try and alter the speech files.

Fairly sure the trick lies within the ide strictly. Either that, or the default file, somehow.
