Frozen world.img

My world.img is stuck. No matter what I do it won't change anything in the game. I can even delete it and nothing changes in the game. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This happens to me A LOT. The only way I know of on how to fix this, is by literally restoring your PC to factory defaults. Basically formatting the PC.

A similar issue happened to me, move your Bully folder to a different location other then the default one in Rockstar Games.

Or..... If the backups don't work, you uninstall and than reinstall Bully.

A fellow viewers managed to supply me with a world.img and world.dir .
Both clean and legit of course.
I'll probably post a link to it later on today.

Even if you use backups, or uninstall and reinstall the game. I deleted my ENTIRE World.img and dir. Bully still loaded up with all of the modded models and textures.
