Help modding Fight style of jimmy and others.

Hey i have recently bought Bully se and seen some of the mods around. Now iam not a noob to hex editing but iam not a pro i was wondering if you guys could tell me how to change jimmys fighting style. I know this means swapping it with someone else but also if its not to much to ask how do you change  jimmys model to say Garys? Sorry to make a new thread if its already been asked.
