The lack of Fire Trucks and Medical Servie is to be found in all GTAs as well... The Ambulances run over more people than they could save, and no firefighter is to be seen when you attack a whole street with molotovs.

Hell yeah ! Their AI is the worst I ever saw. You know, in GTA IV there are two ways someone can be neutralized : inconscious, and dead. Inconscious happen in non-lethal cases, and it's the only case in which someone can eventually be saved by the Ambulance. I love to see the doctor fail and just walk back to the Ambulance as if nothing happened when the patient's dead !

I don't think Rockstar cares much about the AI, they put so much into the story and world. But when you look at open world games the AI in them all are basically like this.

At least GTA HAS Ambulances.....It would have been cool if Bully did as well.  Can you just imagine all the fun we could have with them ?
