There was a lot of fraud cases: The guy who purposely broke his leg in pot holes, the fake finger in the chilli, car accidents (or so called "accidents"), purposely slipping and falling in supermarkets....this goes on.

I twisted my ankle at the grocery store the other day. The cover on the drain pipe was sunken in.
