how is this done on the PC version? or at least does anyone know how to put those freakshow characters in free roam? i know that it can be done with a hex editor, but i have no idea how

I googled it. The only thing I found was how to screw it up trying. That's when I took a hint that I wasn't going to try until I heard it from somebody I trust. (aka, you guys)

 Something tells me that in order to mod a PS2 game (like Bully) you would have to be really good with taking things apart....

Yes the PS2 is so more complicated then anything I've seen, except for a PS3. The Original Xbox was easy me and a friend did his Xbox.

Don't know, you have to flash your PS2 so that it reads copied CDs, copy Bully's PS2 disk on your computer, change what you wanna change, save all the shit on a disk, and read it on your PS2. Is this it ? I'll never do that.
