Er, Don't really see a difference between this and the other thread(Realistic something), so I'll post here.
A better Girlfriend system would be nice. So you can actually take them out on dates instead of randomly making out with them.
Automatic Rubber Band Crossbow would be an awesome weapon.
The ability to have Jimmy(or whoever the Protagonist is) be able to.. turn any other character of the same gender.
I laugh at the thought of Jimmy making out with Russel or Crabblesnitch.

It could be interesting if it were set in a new town, Olde Bullsey?
Multiple protagonists could be neat, Like each chapter is a different one, each showing a different view to the story.
It'd certainly be possible with the way the games are built.
It's always interesting to have a villain protagonist, Maybe Gary's origin story?
More vehicles would definitely be good.
And they reaaally need to revise the whole "Henchmen" system.
So if there is a bicycle near Prota-tan(Protagonist nickname) when he gets on one himself, The Henchmen will get on and follow Prota-tan.
And Prota-tan should be able to hire more than one, It's definitely possible, as there are some missions in the first game where you have to keep more then one person safe.
e.g: Petey & Gary(sitting in a tre-- *shuts up*).
