 There should be "recreational" Art Classes available after you complete Art 5, this way you could make Kick-Me signs.  Same for Chemistry, make Volcano 4000s.

There should be a way to "make" a Volcano 4000 in you room 'Chem Set' just like the other stuff.
And as for the cars, they never let Jimmy work on them all the way through Shop Class.......Assume, that he is not 'Old Enough', so what would be his prize ? Couldn't give him a car......This is where they should give out the Go-Kart, not at the Carnival.

 I know that the Prefects are Seniors, but everyone elses class identities are not known.  It's also assumed that the clique leaders are Seniors.
