Hattricks House (NOT A GLITCH!)

While I was porking around over there, I tried to jump the front porch on the bike, starting from the other side of the street....What happens is Jimmy rises up THROUGH the front porch roof on his bike...Thre's a door right in front of him up there....

But the wild thing is...The top floor of Hattrick's house is just an illusion....It doesn't really exist....Try firing weapons at it....The stuff goes right through the top floor, as well as the porch celing....

Wonder how many other buildings are top-story fakes...??

There's a building in New Coventry that is fake. It's the one in the East were the bike garage is.

It's a programming thing. I know that adding a physical body to any object is hard... Better make them fake!

I don't understand why R* would do that cuz if they have enough time to put all of the buildings in SA real(you all know how BIG that game is.)why dont they make just 1 more building real?

In GTA the buildings are really nothing more than part of the landscape. They are just hollow and serve as nothing more than eye candy.

Yeah ? Then how come you can land on them with the jetpack ?

The outside sufaces are solid, but the insides are nothing. A glitch happened once when I was playing and I somehow got CJ through a wall.  It was empty in there, just like being inside a giant box.

Eventually, it seems that there is a small window of space where you can go through the wall, so once you get in you have to come back out in the exact same spot on the building.  If you want to try it, the best place to do it is in that white hotel in Vinewood that looks like a castle.  On the 3rd or 2nd floor there is a balcony sort of thing and when you fly in the window to land inside, you end up in the building.

I found a glitch like that on ign.com.                                                          Note: This will corrupt your save file due to the cheat involved; for best results, pull out your PS2 memory card prior to your attempt.

   1. Go to the gym in Ganton
   2. Kill all 4 people inside.
   3. Use the jetpack cheat.
   4. Walk to the yellow marker with the jetpack, and fly straight up. You'll go straight up through the roof. Now, land on the roof.
   5. Fly 2 blocks east, and you'll see a yellow marker. Land right on/near the marker, take off the jetpack, and walk inside the marker.
   6. You'll enter the Angel Pine Motel building. Grab your jetpack (if you see it), or respawn it again with a cheat.
   7. You can now fly up, and around the interior universe.

I have done it before and this one isnt some moron that posts fake crap for attention. And if you dont know the jetpack cheat its left, right, L1, L2, R1, R2, up, down, left, right.

What, the jet pack thing?  I tried that about a month ago and all I did was fly up into blackness, there was nothing else there.  No angel pine motel or anything.

I think that was the point of the glitch. Was that the problem with your save game file? Because it did that to mine.

That didn't fuck up my save game, it was the fact that I shut the power off before it finished saving.
